Review gasket selection together with flange facing, medium, temperature and pressure conditions. The listed spiral wound, graphite and non-asbestos options have different application requirements. Specify construction, dimensions and required material in the purchase list.

• Gasket form, inner and outer diameters, thickness and specified material
• Medium, temperature, marking and inspection requirements

Include the quantity for each size, delivery destination, required arrival date, and any packaging, marking or documentation requirements so that the supply scope and delivery arrangements can be checked item by item.

Quality and inspection documents

Please state whether the order requires a Mill Test Certificate (MTC/MTR), an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate, heat or batch traceability, or other inspection records. The document type, applicable material and availability must be confirmed for the specific order. EN 10204 type 3.2 involves additional independent inspection requirements and must be agreed separately before supply.
