Selection and procurement checks
Order alloy steel pipe against the project-specified grade, design conditions and product standard. The listed P5, P9, P11, P22 and P91 grades are not substitutes merely because dimensions match. Include the heat treatment condition and inspection scope in the technical confirmation.

- Specified grade, product standard and manufacturing form
- Outside diameter, wall thickness and length
- Design temperature and pressure, heat treatment and inspection requirements

Include the quantity for each size, delivery destination, required arrival date, and any packaging, marking or documentation requirements so that the supply scope and delivery arrangements can be checked item by item.
Quality and inspection documents
Please state whether the order requires a Mill Test Certificate (MTC/MTR), an EN 10204 type 3.1 inspection certificate, heat or batch traceability, or other inspection records. The document type, applicable material and availability must be confirmed for the specific order. EN 10204 type 3.2 involves additional independent inspection requirements and must be agreed separately before supply.
